Yoga is good for Skin

I am not a skin expert,then also this tips helps to make your skin glowing.It was suggested to me by my yoga guru.There is a link between deep breathing and skin care.

Just sit upright and take deep breath in good environment daily.This tip really help you get a glowing.I got rid of my acne and other skin problem through this process.

I fully agree with you. Yoga poses and yoga breathing exercises helps us to have a healthy and glowing skin. But you may have to practice yoga asanas and yoga breathing regularly for a long time to get results. Yoga breathing such as alom vilom, bhastrika and kapalabhati will help in relaxing and nerves and giving you a healthy skin.

In addition to yoga
1. You have to take care to have a nutritious diet rich in vitamins and minerals. Raw food is best in this regard.
2. Take proper rest and a good nights sleep.
3. Keep a check on your emotions.
4. Though yoga will reduce your stress levels, still try to keep away from stressful situations.

Surender,

I would agree that our over all health and stress levels greatly affect how we look in general, and how our skin looks in particular.

For instance, those under alot of stress are more prone to facial wrinkles. Of course diet is important to how we look and feel. But lowering our stress can help with digestion as well.

I will be interested in those who have more to add to this discussion.
