Very Dry Sensitive Skin

The harsh dry winter weather of Central Illinois really does a number on my skin. I go crazy with the sensation to scratch as I itch all over from very dry skin.

I have huge dry patches on my legs, back and arms. My skin is very sensitive all year long. I break out in a rash at the exposure to sun and ocean water without even getting in the water.
