Terrible sores and dry spots with dandruff

I have sores ALL over my scalp. They itch so bad i bleed. I have a patch of hair gone because of this. I can't go to a dermatologist. I have tried Head and Shoulders and Selsun Blue bu neither has worked. What could this be and can your product help?

What you most likely have is scalp dermatitis also known as scalp eczema.

I use flakefree therapeutic gel on mine and it clears it up very quickly.

Just work in with your finger tips after shampooing and style your hair as usual.
