Skin rash / fungus -- pls help !

by Paul
(San Diego)

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone here has any explanations, ideas, and hopefully even any suggestions as to what I've noticed on the skin around the corners of my eyes.

About 6 months ago (possibly coinciding w/ me tryin a new skin care moisturizer), I suddenly began noticing what looked like a skin rash or irritation around my eyes, especially the corners. Within a week or 2 I saw a dermatologist and we started trying different types of hydro-cortizone products (jels, creams)...

About 6 weeks ago we finally came across one that really works -- like within a day or 2 the irritation is almost entirely gone ! At which point I continue using it for a few days (hoping to make sure it's totally cured) and then stop....
And within a few days it always comes back !!!!!!!

Just wondering if you have heard or come across anything like this before?

Thanks.

Skin rash and fungus problems
by: Paul

Paul,

The problem is if this indeed is a fungus, you will need to continue treatment for a couple of weeks.

The skin rash caused by the fungus may go away, but the fungus itself remains much longer than the symptoms would lead you to think.

Just like with athlete's foot fungus, I recommend continuing treatment for several weeks, if not a month or so after symptoms disappear.

Check out our zinc and tea tree lotion, I think you will find it very effective for skin rashes and skin fungus as well.

Best wishes,
Zac
