My mom is 65 years old. She is having this strange skin problem recently. She saw a doctor (some remote country) and the did some treatment without any results. She sent me the picture which is am sending you. Please what you can do for this disorder and what is the name of the problem? She said it is very itchy. It comes up everywhere in body but not in a face. Answer Looks like dermatitis. She should use a zinc and tea tree lotion which will clear it up and stop the itching.
