Shedding Hair

by Amber
(East Lansing, MI)

My hair seems to shed a lot...and I mean A LOT. I'm pretty sure it has to do with lack of vitamins and nutrients that help hair and scalp because I'm not in chemo and I'm still under 20, so it wouldn't be because of medications or old age.

I even brush my hair regularly and don't over wash or under wash my hair - usually every other day. Still though, I don't know what I should use to address the problem. Is there a certain shampoo, conditioner or hair treatment I could use?

Answer

Amber,

A vitamin rich diet and drinking plenty of water will help.

But what I think will really help you is using a tea tree shampoo. Tea tree oil penetrates pores which will help restore proper PH levels, and clears your scalp of any build up. (natural or from products)

Some shampoos can actually promote shedding hair.
There is a tea tree shampoo on our featured products I can personally recommend.

Check it out, I think is is just what you need.

Best wishes,
Zac
