Scalp Problems

I am desperate in trying to cure my dandruff and it's getting worse. The skin around my hair line is visible and I'm embarrassed by it. I would go to the ladies room to massage my skin with water just to remove some of the flakes. Sometimes the skin is red and raised. Now I am having bumps and scabs on my scalp and after I'm done removing them my scalp is red. I am ready to see a doctor if I don't have any other option. I've also tried a lot of over the counter shampoos. I am also loosing quite a bit of hair everyday, strands of them. Do you agree what I'm experiencing now is also a factor of having this problem? Does your products cause hair loss? My skin is very sensitive and my hair is very fine. I need a product that really works and not harmful to my scalp or cause hair loss. Thanks!
