Scalp pimples/bumps during Chemo hair loss

I'm going through Chemotherapy. When my hair started thining, I shaved it. That was about 3 weeks ago. Now, for the last few days I've developed some kind of scalp acne or something. I go to the Doctor Monday, but until then what can I do to relieve the discomfort?

Answer

Scalp bumps are common during Chemo hair loss. It's actually very similar to scalp dermatitis.

If you have shaved your hair you could use our zinc and tea tree lotion to clear it up for you.
