Scalp Fungus Treatment for Oily Hair Needed

by Bobbie Moffett
(Columbus, OH, United States)

I have oily hair later the same day after being washed and definitely becomes oily with any wind, such as driving with my window down. But, most of all, I have a very dry, itchy area on the crown no matter how much I actually scrub my scalp and rinse when shampooing.

There are no bumps or constant flaking though. Dandruff shampoo does not help. I heard a specialist on tv say this is a fungus problem not a dry skin, dandruff problem.

Again, this is not all over my head and there is not constant flaking. Can someone please help ?

Scalp Fungus
by: Zac

Bobbie,

I have the same problems you are describing.
I use FlakeFree zinc and tea tree gel on my hair to cure my scalp fungus problems.

What makes it so effective is the FDA approved active ingredients stay in continual contact with your scalp.

This is a therapeutic styling gel, but a styling gel none the less. If you don't want a hold you get from gel, just apply it to the problem area working in with you fingertips into your scalp, and then run a comb or brush through your hair after it sets.

Here is a link to it available right on our site.

FlakeFree Therapeutic Hair Gel

Best wishes,
Zac
