scalp acne 11yo daughter

my daughter has experienced a significant amount 0f hair loss resulting from scalp acne according to the dermatologist. She was on an oral antibiotic and I am using H&S shampoo. She also takes a daily multi-vitamin and biotin supplement. I want to do all I can do so that the hair loss is not permanent. She is a pre-teen and this could be very devastating in the long run. she still has hair in the back and on a little of the hairline but I still see loss when I comb and wash her hair. I am scared every time I wash. What products here would be most effective?
