Red/irritating face

Hello, I know you're not a dermatologist but I thought you might be able to help. About a year ago, I started to use AcneFree. It was a mistake, I guess Benzoyl Peroxide is a little bit strong for my face and stopped using it immediately. Since then, until now I have a sort of dry, itchy and red face. It's really irritating and I've been prescribed hydrocortisone 0.2% and been using it for awhile but it seems like it's not going away. I also use noncomedogenic lotion as well but doesnt help. I stopped using other cleansers as they will probably worsen my condition. Do you know what I might have? I'd like to know what's wrong with me. Thanks for your help and reading.

You likely have a form of dermatitis.

I would try our zinc and tea tree lotion since it is formulated for dermatitis and is also anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial.

Just use daily and you'll likely clear up in a few days.
