Red Spots Child's Cheeks and Nose

Spots on cheeks and nose

Hello Zac,

My one year old son has developed red spots on his cheeks and nose. I have not changed detergents or introduced any new foods (that I can recall at least).

Any idea what it might be?

I am attaching a pic.
