Red Spot Under her eyes and aroung her ears

Hi, my little 3 years old daugther visited the dental office today for the first time. My husband took her. The dentist only flushed her teeth with a special tooth paste. However when he brought her back to me she had this red spots under her eyes and going back to her ears... I am a little concern, because her health is very delicated... first she's asthmatic, she's also allergic to Penicilin... Can you please tell me what should I do?
