red raised round spot on my right leg

red raised round spot

red raised round spot

I am wondering what this big raised round red spot could be on my leg and what I would treat it with or do I need to treat it?
How do I make it go away? Do I need to be concerned about this?

Answer

Looks like it is likely a red mole. Which is a superficial blood lesion.

Although a bit larger than most, they are very common.

You could use a zinc and tea tree lotion which is anti-inflammatory to reduce the size.

It could be a few other things but since I am assuming it is the only one you have noticed, I would lean towards a red mole.

How long have you had it, and do you have any other skin conditions?

Best wishes,
Zac

P.S. unless it grows and becomes discolored or oddly shaped I don't think it is much to worry about.

Red Spot gone
by: Sharon

Good news! The red spot is totally gone! I bought and used your product and saved myself the $250 the doctor was going to charge to take it off! I am delighted with the results of your product, much cheaper and less painful!
Thanks for making this product and info available!

Hi. I have the exact same thing, almost in the same place, on my leg. I think I am going to the dermatologist to have it checked out.
