This is a red blood mark that I got on my face just from using a wash rag. I can't use a regular razor anymore or this happens. I can only use an electric razor now and that will cause this too. It's as if my skin just all of a sudden became very thin. This a a big problem for me now, and any help would be appreciated. Thank you
