oozing scalp

I am 52 years old and using hair color for more than 20 years. recently my scalp started oozing yellowish liquid which becomes crusty after sometime.It is also sticky.The scalp also became itchy. after scatching it oozes more fluid. I had tried antibiotics and steroids but it gives temporiry relief.

Please help.
