Need help with weird rash on neck

neck rash

Hi my name is josh and ever since i was a young boy iv had a weird looking rash on my neck(have a pic) that does not go away, the rash does not bother me as long as im not doing anything but if I start to sweat and touch it too much while im sweating it will flare up and get to feeling like a rash or something, while its not flared up it feels like regular skin but its just discolor like a red brownish color. Im lookin for any advice on what this is and what I can do to treat it, i cant really afford to go to the skin doctor to get it looked as i just dont have the extra money to pay for it. so if anyone has had this or know what it is thanks for the info.

Your likely have dermatitis also know as eczema.

Zinc pyrithione is FDA approved for treatment.

We have formulated zinc with a great tea tree oil lotion which works very well for dermatitis.(I use it myself)
