he has no oil glands in hair and he is getting awful
sores that bleed that hurt also he cant even get a hair cut and he says he is loosing hair what products will work for him he tried everything.

Zinc and tea tree gel will clear up your sons scalp dermatitis. The sores are caused by the weeping effect of will often bleed when scratched.
