Misaligned Toes

Hello

I have problems with my toes for many years now. Im very happy that I found this site, maybe someone can help me here. My doctor said the only solution for me is to operate them because the joints are rigid. Yet I saw on this side here that there is a brace who can (maybe) help me with my problem.
I posted a picture of my foot that makes me the most problems, so maybe. you can see if the brace is a solution for me or not.
