lovely red hair

i have lovely red hair people say i liked it just wanted to be same colour but have blond in it to so my friend put lots off streeks in i loved it all was good loved the colour i wanted more so i got roots so i asked my friend to do mi hair agian but all over she did and i was a yellow blond so she said u need a mediam blond on we did i had the hair die on i felt like i was dieing with the pain in my head when i had it off i could not touch my haad when i got home i had to go see my hair dresser as the pain was so bad she said i had no skin on my head i was row and my full head was bleeding and when it dryed out i haved scabs in my head hair but that was around a week ago my head is not that sore but my hair is really dry the colour is ok im more upset off the damage off my hair as its dry and very very un healthy,i always have conditioner on dont really wash it can any one help me hear is my e mail address please help i just want healthy soft shinny hair again my e mail address is marieuttley@yahoo.co.uk
