Little White Bumps under skin

I have these small white bumps under my skin mostly on my chest, upper arms, and upper back. Some are flat and some are a little bit raised. I am having trouble finding out what this is. Is there anything I can do to treat this?

Sounds like a form of eczema.

I would suggest using our zinc and tea tree lotion to treat your bumps.

It is anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-septic.
