Little red bumps

My son woke up scratching his chest and I discovered his body was covered in small little red bumps. I have enclosed a picture that can show, at best, the condition of his skin. His chest, stomach & back were effected as well as his neck. I have no idea what could cause this.

You may have to just do another form, and I will keep an eye out for it.
