Leave in conditioner?

I have very dry hair that tangles easily and quickly after exiting the shower. Many leave in conditioners are very heavy, (as in they weight the hair down) or they leave my hair looking greasy.

If I don't use a leave in then I get tangles and frizzies. Do you have any leave in conditioner that is not too heavy or oily?
