Large skin pores related to acne?

As a teenager, I experienced some acne, but fortunately nothing too severe. I am now in my late twenties and for the most part, my skin is free of acne.

However, one of the things I do notice is that I have fairly large skin pores, especially on and around my nose. Up close, the enlarged pores have the appearance of blackheads, which is not very attractive.

I wash my face regularly with a mild soap. This is the only product I use on my face. Is there anything I can do to reduce the size of the pores for a smoother look?
