I have these white little bumps on my face that look like pimpiles but are not, What are they???

I have these little white pimples on my face but i dont think they are pimples. theres some near my nose and one almost inside my nose. i was wondering what are they????

this is a disease called milia...

this is a disease called milia... these are whit small bumbs. if u rubb these bumbs .They will increase/ just go to the skin specialist and tell about this thing.. this is the best solution. using products like facewashes or anyother product is totally useless. u need a proper treatment from skin specialist. and its not at all an expesive treament.
