Hidradenitis Suppurativa

I am a 26 year old female, and have had this skin disorder since age 14, although I was not correctly diagnosed until 21. I was prescribed Minocycline, and it did help with the acne I've always gotten on my chin, but didnt do much for the disorder.The H.S. affects my inner thighs and bottom, leaving terrible, dark scaring and causing pain. I am wondering if anyone is familiar with this disorder and if so, are there any herbal remedies that might work to supress breakouts and help reduce scarring?
