Hammer Toe brace question

I have the three smallest toes deformed to what I just learned as hammered toes. I have them ever since I was a pre teenager and wonder if I have some chances still to straighten them. It is both feet with the problem and would like to know if you have triple straighteners available. I like the idea of the clear and transparent gel. Pls inform if additionally I can treat a very deep arch. Thanks a lot!
