This is a great all around therapuetic styling spray with a great fragrance and excellent styling properties.

I personally use FlakeFree therapuetic hair gel and use this spray when I'm in a hurry and need a quick styling. Those with a personal preference for hair spray may want to do just the reverse and supplement their therapy with the gel occasionally working it deep into your hair with your finger tips.
