hair extension fusion bond removal

i got fusion hair extensions put in my hair all over 6 months ago and now im trying to take them out i bought some product and tried to take it out and the hair slipped right out but the glue itself is still in my hair and now i have a big dreadlock tangle in the nape of my head and i just dont know how to take the glue out and untangle the dreadlock can i get some advice?
