eczema on hand

I get what I think is eczema on one hand in the winter time. sometimes it can be between the fingers but this year it is only on the back of my left hand. I do not understand what I am doing to have this every year.

I use to clean houses and thought for a long while that it was a reaction to cleansing agents such as comet.

I would appreciate any comments on this.
