I have the same thing, EXACTLY. It started on my left hand on the back of my index finger. The doctor says it is eczema, but it strikes me as a fungal infection because of the way it grows. No remedy yet.

Use our tea tree and zinc lotion as it is effective eczema treatment as well as anti-fungal.
