Dry Itchy Rash

by Anita
(Atlanta, Ga.)

I am a 49y/o african-american female who has never before been bothered by dry skin. All of a certain I have this recurring ITCHY rash with crusting and swelling of the hands that includes weeping and spontaneous splitting.( I get these little cuts in the palms of my hands). I have been diagnosed (and treated) with everything from scabies to fungal infections but it keeps coming back, each time worst. It was a neighbor who suffers from eczema who told me it looked as if eczema was my problem too. How can I be sure? Is it possible to develope such a severe case this late in life? Why does the rash skip around with each reoccurance? This time it is all over my face, neck and upper torso/extremities... the only consistent place are the palms of my hands. Not only is it unsightly, but it is beginning to really affect my quality of life because of the difficulty doing even the slightest thing with regards to my ADL's. Any suggestions?

Anita,

What you describe is eczema also know as dermatitis. The weeping is a classic sign.

Use our zinc and tea tree lotion twice daily and it will clear it up in a couple of days.

Then just apply the lotion at the earliest sign up a flare up.

You may also want to try and use some good supplements to boost your immune system and help your over all metabolism to prevent flareups.

Here is a link to the lotion available here online. With more details and information.

Dry Itchy Rash Therapeutic Zinc Lotion

Best wishes,
Zac
