discolored hammertoe

Hello i have a hammertoe i beleive on my left foot second toe...and i never get pains unless i wear heels and my foot doesnt curl under like the pictures....it could just be a corn that has grown on it...but i am an african american women and the corn is like white and i just wanted to know if there was a way i could get my toe back the same color as my foot?
