Dark callous type sore

I have a dark, callous type sore on my lower back, just above my right butt check. It sometimes has an itch. It has been there for about a month now. Can you tell me what this may be and how to treat it?... I'm in Canada working right now and can't get to my US doctor for another few weeks.

Sounds like it is probably dermatitis. You can use a zinc lotion to clear it up. We have one on the featured products page that gets to Canada in about a week including customs.
