Dandruff has become a big problem for me

my name is soumendu keshari pattnaik and i am 22 years old. my hair type is straight.

i have been having dandruff for the past 5 years now. i have used numerous anti dandruff shampoos, hair cream and hair oil as well, but the result seem to be unchanged. due to dandruff only i have started losing my hair at this early age because of frequent wash of hair.

i have tried some home remedies also but as i mentioned that the result seem to be unchanged. please let me know what i should do to get rid of this problem forever.
