Could you give us a little more information? From what you've said so far it sounds like dermatitis to me.

Also a picture would be very helpful. You can simply submit another form, and upload a picture from your computer by using the brows feature.

If you don't have a picture, we will need more details. Like:

What do these marks look like.
How big are they.
What color are they.
Do they itch or become painful.
Are they being irritated by clothing.
Etc.

Anything you can provide will help us help you.
