Great Chemo Advice
by: Site Administrator

Patricia,

Thank you so much for sharing that with us. You bring up numerous points that will be of help to many I'm sure.

Speaking of partial hair loss, I agree, there are many options. Whether wearing a wig, or a headcovering. Since you brought this up I would like to say we are going to be providing links for those who would like other alternatives.

Soft turbans are popular for those who don't want to wear a wig, or at least not all the time. Whether just around the house, or out and about, turbans, scarves and soft hats can be a great alternative headcovering for Chemo patients experiencing any level of hair loss.

Terry cloth and soft velvet turbans are probably the most popular. But we will be providing resources that offer nearly any type of headcovering specifically designed for Chemo patient's tender scalp.

I am going to investigate this Hoofmaker product and provide a link to it if possible as well.

Thank you so much for sharing with us. Don't be a stranger, you're welcome to share here anytime.

Best wishes,
Zac
