bumpy scabs on head

When i feel my head there are these bumpy like scabs sticking out, but there only on my scalp and i mean DIRECTLY on my scalp. I cant resist picking them out!

And when i do there either white mixed with brown scabs or yellow. Then they weep a clear fluid and i dont like it because then my scalp gets sore. i will try to find a tea tree oil shampoo today and when i do i hope it works! Thanks for the help.. <3

You have scalp dermatitis. The dermatitis weeps fluid which then dries and becomes crusty. That's why you get those yellowish scabs.

Sometimes they may even be a bit red or brown from dried blood from scratching.
