Have you ever noticed a lack of energy at certain times of the day? Many times this is simply because you need to drink more water. Try it and you'll see what I mean.

Avoid Over Exposure to the Sun

Moderate exposure to the sun is healthy for most people. Just remember to use sun block during prolong periods of exposure. If you are out in the sun alot, use appropriate clothing such as hats, scarves, and a light long sleeved shirt. When visiting the beach be sure to take along an umbrella if your going to be there any length of time.

Remember even slightly overcast days can produce strong UV rays. Cool days when the sun is out is also overlooked by many of us. Moderation again here is the key. I would strongly suggest against tanning beds. I personally know individuals who have tanned alot, and have aged well beyond their years in appearance as a result.
